While Strawser Auction Group does not provide in house packing and shipping services, we do have a list of recommended third-party shippers to assist you in shipping to and from our facility. We require a “Shipping Release Form” from you in order to release the property to any third party. You may fax the completed Shipping Release Form to 260-854-3979 or email it to: [email protected]

Auction winnings must be removed from our premises within fourteen (14) days following the last day of the auction. Property not removed within this time is subject to a storage charge of $10 per day per lot as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If an item(s) remains in storage or with the shipper for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group.

Strawser Auction Group takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of any of the vendors listed above. Shipping costs are in addition to your auction purchase amount and are billed separately through the shipper.
The shippers are scheduled for their first pick up on the Thursday following the auction and will pick up items that we have shipping releases for.
Please allow the shippers time to process your items; they will contact you either by email or phone once they have your items ready to ship.
